Not sure if it's a good deal but I'm pretty sure it is since I usually see these for $500+.

I don't use MOA/MOA so unfortunately it's useless to me but I thought some of you might want one

That is a Gen 1. Which are also good scopes.

I have heard of issues with the Gen 1 exposed turrets getting moved when casing and uncasing.
