Geese/ducks? Turkeys? Deer? Any blinds/pits on the property? Farm ponds? Doves? What's currently planted in it? Plant winter wheat? Waterfront on the bay? Sika?

My guess would be it's mostly woods. That would be a killer price for anything more.

It is mostly woods. Some wetlands and marsh. Big Whitetail Deer here but not known if any Sika. We have had this property for past 5 years but rarely hunt it because of distance. Would others use the property? Are you just offering your portion of a larger club? Or if I leased the property would I be the sole hunter?

If anyone leases this property I would be interested in knowing how many hunters and what would the cost be to hunt there.

Maybe his car got stuck in a snow bank....
I did see a car out there with someone in it but I just decided to watch it for a few days.
