I like the Midway Compact range bag as well as their tactical pistol case when on sale. Started out using Sears tool bags and they work fine also. The Brownells bag seems awfully expensive.

I went for years, and years with plain old duffle bags or backpacks because they work just fine. Last year, while loading up a duffle bag for a range trip my wife asked what I wanted for Christmas. Since I couldn't think of anything off the top of my head and since I was going to the range, I said "A range bag would be nice. One that holds three pistols."

This is what she found for me. http://www.lapolicegear.com/gps-t1612bp-range-pack.html

Although I would probably never spend my own money on something this nice, I have to admit that a good range bag is waaaaay better than all of my "good enough" options.

I'm still too cheap to spend my own money for another one, but hopefully there will be more birthdays and Christmases' that will provide the opportunity.
