Mailed 6/28, still a no-go.
Called them and the recording said they are running about a 4 weeks processing time. Will have to wait until next week to leave a message.

I mailed mine the day before you. I think a lot of folks mailed the same day as you after you confirmed they weren't going to change the form. I bet they got a large number of apps the same day as yours and they have a pile sitting on their desk. mine arrived a day before and just beat the rush.

Though my check has not gone through my bank, this is the email I received from Permits and Licensing yesterday:
You application has been processed your card will be mailed from our office on Monday.
