Depends on what you are looking for. Crossbows on the market now for hunting have 2-3x the power the Commander had, much farther range, so the Commander break-action cocking mechanism is not really practical (probably impossible without bending something given how powerful bows today are). There are some pistol cross bows that I think offer it.
With a rope, every bow on the market is pretty easy to cock. On the other hand, there is the Parker Concorde - which uses a CO2 cylinder to cock the bow. But at 11 pounds, $1100, and with an arrow speed of only 300fps, I would rather hunt with a Ghost 350 (or Ghost 385, if you can find it). It's cheaper, faster, lighter, and easy to cock with a rope.
ETA: To give you an idea, I looked up the Commando, it was rated at 250 fps. My daughter's new youth crossbow (Parker Challenger) is rated at 300 fps, 45% more energy. She has no problem cocking it with a rope.
