Frank Conaway Sr. with expired CCW

I doubt he will be charged but it looks like Frank been walking around on an expired permit. That family need to get out of city politics. They got one out this cycle.

Even if his permit were valid, he should still face charges for brandishing. What an ass.

I have never seen the unicorn of a MD permit, but I will bet there is a Date of Expiration in plain written English. Anyone know?

Are all applications in MD public? Can they be had by using a freedom of information request? Would it be a good thing to start going after this info and outing people? Things like, how did person X get a permit??

The article says he "brandished" the gun, but then later says he never pulled the weapon. It was in a holster. Not sure if this will fit under the brandishing principle. Also, if he never left his property, and did not pull the weapon, I don't know what the crime would be, though I have no doubt that the Balto. States Attorney will find something.
