It's the same size as a drivers license, and uses the MVA photo, but that is it. The thread below shows a sample.

Applied 2/10 still waiting in the Pending status.
Checklist is gone, MSP said I'm approved, no license number available.
Have to wait for the card to purchase. Their sending out cards in batches,
No clue when the next batch is mailed out.
Well so much for getting your license number before you get a card.
No ticky no laundry

What a bunch of shit those assholes are pulling, they are just being assholes by not letting you see the number, I guess that's their way of making sure you've got the card before you buy a handgun.
Last year as soon as mine went active I could see the number until I received my card.

For the last 4 months no problem with seeing and using your license number?
So they make and change the rules as they go along, that's straight out of the Marksist / Socialist handbook. "Control the masses".
It's very discouraging to abide by their rules only to be screwed by the long dk of the law.
WTF is next?

That just proves they want total control of everything.

Hate to think of the wait time to get mine. I said I wasn't going to get my hql, but want to make another purchase.

I was able to see my number as soon as I was approved. No card, no application. That sucks.
