    Could you assemble it out of state? How could you possibly prove the location in which it was assembled?
    Take video, or minimum photos of yourself assembling it, with an obvious out-of-state landmark in the background.

    When will there ever be a need to have a 60 rnd mag anyway, you are attracting undue attention to yourself, by asking ridiculous questions questions about an illegal item in This state(md)you would best keep your thoughts off public media, that can be held against you, the laws are are not so loose that it is a good thing, keep it among friends, privately, unless you want LEOS knocking.

    Fair point. I’m just curious and wanted to ask a question. I don’t live in fear of the police.

    That seems like the only possible way to provide proof. However, I would never personally attempt this because it feels like it rides dangerously close to a legal grey area.

    I usually drive out to the Grand Canyon to assemble my mags. It makes for a great trip and a great backdrop for my out of state magazine scrap book.

    This is me with a Glock +2 extension circa 2017.
