    Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ordered the FBI and ATF to review the National Instant Criminal Background System after the Air Force’s reporting error allowed church killer Devin Kelley to acquire a firearm. Sessions wants to know “if other government agencies are failing to report information” to the NICS system as well.
