    It may have changed, but several years ago the FFLs in DC were :

    Philips Police Supply ( only deals with LE )
    Arena Stage ( only for their own use in theatrical productions )
    An Anti Org ( as a stunt to show it was too easy to get an FFL )

    Mr Sykes . The only one actually conducting business with the general public .

    IIRC Sugarman is the anti who got it just to prove how easy it is.

    My first handgun registered in DC was an inheritance from outside of DC with no paperwork. I had no problem registering it with MPD and did not have to go through sykes for that

    IIRC Sugarman is the anti who got it just to prove how easy it is.

    I don't think sugerman got it for that reason. I think they supply some inert firearms for display during hearings.
