Is it legal to sell a rifle to the resident of another state if you are in that state and the other state allows face to face sales?

Example, I have a AK47, I want to sell to a VA resident in Va, can I do it legally ?

Nope, all firearms must be transferred through an FFL.
Handguns transferred to you must be transferred through an FFL in your home state.
Long guns must be transferred through an FFL. But can be from any state. Also, the long gun must be legal to own in your home state.
If you read through the forum you will see some out of state FFL’s are refusing to sell long guns to Maryland residents due to Maryland’s gun laws.
