    I was just browsing palmettos sight and saw they had some decent prices on ammo. I also noticed they showed limitations for shipping ammo to MD. Maryland: No Sales to the City of Annapolis and Montgomery County. This was what I found on their site. I checked outdoor limited and luckygunner.com and neither of them have any kind of restrictions for MD. I wonder if this has to do with the recent events that unfolded in Annapolis? But then again why would just one sight restrict sales to those areas?

    No it's not new. Those are laws that are on the books but are meaningless due to State pre-emption. They are not in effect but PSA doesn't care. Find someone else to buy ammo from.

    FWIW - I ordered a bunch of 45 ACP ammo from PSA and then (after ordering) saw the prohibitions and thought "oh sh*t". But you know what? They sent it to me anyways and I am in Montgomery County. Go figure.

    I order ammo from them all time when they do "free shipping" on a number of boxes I'm comfortable with. Not the fastest by any means but if you aren't in a hurry go for it, since you appear to be in Glen Burnie.

    They seem to enforce it a bit unevenly, but I've been nailed by it. They look at your billing address, too, unfortunately. I think SAMCO also refused to sell to me, but they're gone now.

    Only other big vendor to watch out for is CDNN - no handguns to MD ever. Kind of sucks given they have good clearances, but it is what it is.
