    So is the Vz61 legal, or banned in MD right now? "Skorpion semiautomatic pistol" appears to be on the banned list. MSP lists the CSA Vz61 on the handgun roster, which I assume to mean it is fine and legal for purchase...

    I mean, I appreciate MGA making things as vague as humanly possible. *eyeroll*

    Just working on my list if HB1261 passes.

    Contacted licensing division. They reply was if it is on the handgun roster, it is legal for purchase or possession in Maryland. So sounds like it is legal.

    If ( something ) is on the Handgun Roster , it IS therefore legal . Even if it seemingly is already banned .

    This is Maryland , do not expect Logic .
