    Rather presumptuous of DC to establish that presumption and make a decision for homeowners unless they affirmatively negate it, isn't it?

    Anyone and everyone should get their DC CC permit even if they never carry in DC. This will show that there are X many CC permit holders and the city hasn't turned into the OK corral.

    I can't help but wonder if these legal sisters or their supporters have ever ventured out of DC and into any of the 40+ states that allow their citizens to bear arms?

    Someone ought to inform them of the danger they're in outside the District line. And organise a tour of Baltimore for them, in a state whose gun laws are the model for the District of Columbia.

    My Uncle would always tell people that he was a French Carpenter.
    When they looked at him with a puzzled look or asked what that was, he would say he was a "tongue in groove man" and laugh like crazy.

    I think he used that as his pickup line
