I have had n old vector uzi rifle with 16 in barrel for several years now. The weapon was purchased before Oct 13. I was wondering if I could sbr this with out it being 29 in oal. I was unsure if ATF will even approve this even if MSP said it's good to go based on the fact that all post Oct 13 items have this 29 in minimum and that seems to be what atf is looking for when it comes to MD. Any help?
