I looked up a few cases from last year's end of term miscellaneous orders, June 28, 2018: 16-1146, 16-1153, 17-116, etc. 17-981 went to its first conference close to the end of term, not a multiple month gap, but the others went to conference one or multiple times, then disappeared from the schedule until the conference after the controlling opinion was released, then they were GVRed.

google is your friend, I am not.
Most cases from the 12th have already been rescheduled, see here: https://certpool.com/conferences/2019-04-12

There are a few which have not, including Mance and Pena, and a quick perusal indicates the ones not listed as "redistributed" are being held (for something, looks like anther pending case).

This gives me some hope that the court will reject the NYC's gambit to moot the case. Or, grant and consolidate another case with NYSRPA.
