Spinta barrels any good? This one's on sale

Thinking about building a 5.56 pistol upper and this stainless barrel is on sale for $75 dolla dolla bills. Looks like a great deal to me, are these barrels any good? Doesn't say that it's chrome lined.

Never heard of them, but... stainless barrels are not chrome lined..

That said, I have a few stainless barreled AR's (both rifle and pistol) and they shoot very well and no issues without chrome lining, they work fine without it and are all accurate.
