So.. I have a couple of pre-ban PSA lowers (purchased in Aug 2013)...
I'd like to pair one of them with a Colt 6720 Socom upper - is it legal to buy said upper and build this out?
I seem to be finding conflicting info on whether it's okay to still procure uppers that arent stamped HBAR.. and honestly this stupid state's laws have me completely confused.
Generally speaking I was under impression that pre-ban lowers could be built out to anything (non NFA)... but am now confused on the limitations on what kind of uppers we can buy and bring into MD.
Can one buy a non HBAR upper in MD? Would you still be legal if you put it on a pre-ban lower? I'm not even messing with anything post ban - hoping to move out of the People's Republic of Maryland and buy new new stuff then.
Definitely want to stay legal in the meantime.
