When it passes, it goes back to the Senate. They can either accept the modified version or reject it. If they accept, we're done. If they reject, there is a conference committee to iron out the differences.

When it passes, it goes back to the Senate. They have to agree with the amended bill or submit to a conference committee to resolve the differences. If conference committee is invoked, the bill will get one additional up/down vote in each house.
