Why should we Free BSD?
Why an AR pistol? Why not just run a 300BLK rifle, like I did? 2350-2400fps with Hornady Custom 110gr VMax ammo and 3/4 MOA. No need to deal with the accuracy issues that come from not shouldering a pistol.
If you really want a shorter barrel, go SBR with it. A 10.5" or longer barrel will qualify for the 29"> requirement as part of FSA2013.
