I can't speak for the 223, but I love the Fusion ammo for my 270. Tight groups and so far, never a flyer. Good stuff in my book, but I only read comic books!

I picked up 12 boxes when a gun shop stopped selling it. It was almost a 2 for 1 deal. I bought all they had. I love it!!!!!

    Close to DC
Except that PSA still believes they can't sell ammo to Monkey County or Annapolis, despite many people explaining State pre-emption to them over the last several years. Puck 'em, I'll shop elsewhere.

Does anyone have a favorite load for this 62 gr fusion in .223? I picked up a few hundred of these a while ago and need some data. I use H335 imr4227 lilgun longshot and not afraid to get a new powder:D

Do you mean comparable hand load?

If so, I did some testing. This load was impacting in the same spot as the 62 grain Fusion at 50 yards.

65 grain Sierra bullet (#1395). 23 grains of H335. CCI 450 magnum primer.

Winchester cases, but I'm certain case manufacturer makes no difference.

    2.245 COAL.

Yes handloads is what I meant. For the 62gr fusion projectile.224 cal. Why a magnum primer instead or a small rifle primer for .223.
