    Maryland ROCKS!

I never thought I would say this but I am so glad I live in Maryland! Is a SCAR on that list? I love the"anything that significantly resembles the above mentioned firearms! That's pretty subjective.

Just go with archery, no limit on how many arrows you can carry, no minimum length, built-in silencer, and you can even be a convicted felon! ;-)

I haven't looked through the current list of bills but back 10 years or so ago they had a bill to apply their version of "justifiable need" to KEEPING a gun at home (any owner would have to keep them at a shooting range).
Wonder if they're crazy enough to actually try to move something like that, which got nowhere before.

... plus if you want a little extra kick you can tape a half stick of dynamite to the arrow.

Currently, do some states limit to 20, 15 and 10 ? I think 7 was tried in NY but was dialed back if on a gun range back to 10.
Probably the only way to do this, would be to alter 10rd mags. I wouldn't anticipate manufacturers making 5rd magazines, they all balked at seven.

Ten is kind of a magic number that perhaps most gun control folks will let stand. I doubt that Bill will pass.

NJ went from 15 to 10 in year 2014. So by 2022 looks like they'll be finished.

New York said 10 rounds was fine for the range, but for home defense and carry it could only be loaded with 7 (may have been 6). That obvious stupidity got tossed in court.

I grew up in the people’s republic of New Jersey. They were one of the first states to pass an assault weapons ban in the 80’s. You could turn in your evil weapon to the police or sell it out of state. This BS bill will pass just the same as it would here. Too many libs.

So, you relocated from Jersey to Maryland? That was your solution? Well; now we know what happened to the New Jersey gun owners. Aren't we supposed to be called "The Free State", here in the "Socialist Republic of Maryland"? Just sayin...
SB281 did a number on us already. How is that Heller case going, exactly? Anti gun nuts are oblivious to the US Constitution anyway. They are all Alynsky acolytes in spades.

So in NJ it's illegal to even own magazine with over 15 capacity, meaning NJ residents can't obtain high capacity magazines in other states and bring into NJ? How about residents of other states driving by and transporting high capacity magazines?

The actual name for those magazines is standard capacity......

That would be a slam dunk case based on Heller. They wouldn’t do it.

What they will do is mandate training and ID card renewal. And allow local police departments to delay and frustrate. Want a permit? Come to this office and ask for the sarge, Tuesday between 11 and 1. You go there and the sgt is in court, come back next week. Then when your app is in; they sit on it for 60-120 days and more. When you get your permits it’s backdated by 2 weeks.

This is how Jersey rolls. They have gotten very good at getting around court decisions such as heller. This is why justifiable need sticks. They grant permits to enough people to say they are granting permits.

i would know they don't know what they are talking about, so regardless of what they are saying, it is now doubtful
