I wonder what sort of terminal effect you would see out of such a short barrel. I see it has a published velocity of 1400FPS, but I didn't think 5.56 bullets were designed to function properly snd reliably at those speeds. I wonder about accuracy as well. I get it's purely SD oriented so I'd imagine it's designed to be useful to maybe 15 yards (too generous?). And then there's the probably insane recoil and muzzle flash. Hell, you might set your attacker on fire. Either way, very interesting.

    Is there a 300BLK modification? :D

Personally, I have absolutely no desire to even consider something like this. The recoil, noise, flash, lack of capacity would all be no-go's for me. A bit of a useless toy that wouldn't be much fun to shoot.

You saved me a lot of typing.

There was a thread on this a couple years ago IIRC. The consensus at that time was, "you go first"

Why do they call it an AR pistol? Is it simply because they have it chambered for .223? That seems kind of dumb. There is a whole market for that sort of one-off item though - some guys who collect or accumulate love that kind of thing because it's so fundamentally different from everything else in their collection.

It needs a quad rail and 45 degree sights.

Could be a fun toy, but not for 400 bucks.

And I'd definitely want the ports.

    I'd opt for 7.62x39 also.

I'd shoot it in .223. Recoil is helped by a complete burn of the powder in the barrel. In this gun most of the powder would burn outside the barrel. Big flash and boom. I'd want to do it at an indoor range just because.
