Not clear that he would have retained his Senate Judiciary chair with Miller's more liberal replacement as Senate President. The MDAers are probably celebrating over this scalp.

Bad news. You take the best lib you can get in a lib state. If we get a MoCo Dem we'll be far more likely to see bad bills given a floor vote with Miller gone.
