I'm gonna try to go to York sometime this year. We just started shooting USPSA, South Chester then Eastern Shore(Sudlersville).

    What a blast:thumbsup:

very nice. did you turn your c-more scope sideways, how is that working out for you?

Yes I did. Two reasons, one get the LOS close to the bore - makes for easyer transitions to a gun with iron sights. Second is move the mount from over the ejection port - no FTEject's. The gun is in 9mm Major so the shorter cases somethimes (~0.1% of the time, i.e. 1 out of 1000) I'd get a case not clearing the mount and causing a jam. NOT fast.

It's the best mod I could have done.

Good video, I wanted to try the three gun but I'm working that day in April. Is there anything local here in the central part of MD? 300Rum I see you close to me how is the shooting that your doing in southern PA and down on the shore? Can you guys offer advice on how to set something like this up on my local range?
    Thanks,
    George

Sounds like something I would like to do How do I become a qualified competitor.

In short, you need to be very familiar with the controls on your gun, have practiced (safely) drawing from a holster, and be willing to listen / follow range commands to the letter. Then you need to register for a match and attend any new shooter safety briefing given.

300RUM's link is very good and you should read it.

Here is a link to some useful info and videos, explaining the sport and procedures for shooting USPSA with us at York. It really is not as hard as it looks, and we welcome all new shooters that can demonstrate basic skills and follow directions in a safe manor. The rest will come, and we will be glad to help noobs become masters!

    Welcome to mdshooters, FSMD!

There is an added "L" at the end of your link that screws it up.
