    I'm considering one of the RRA guns.

    I handled one a few days ago. Looking down the bore, holy sh!t...

    I almost did one as a custom project but went with .300-221 because it has more capacity and is many many times cheaper to load for - as well as working well in the AR platform without much modification.

    Is it practical to shoot one of these if you don't reload? I'm wondering how many people take a 458 to the range and sweep their brass into the bucket?

    450 Bushmaster. I've been buying factory Remington rounds for just less than $20 a box.

    Interesting note on Wiki about the 450. It was originally consider for the SOCOM round, but rejected because it required steel proprietary to GM for the bolt/receiver to withstand the pressure. Is this still the case?
