I'm interpreting P1 to mean...If you are a landowner and are checking on your land, you are exempt from paragraph 1, regardless of whether you have a firearm in your possession. Yes?

If not then none of the excepted persons, including LEO are exempt. Lol

Yes, if it is your property you are fine.

That said if NRP rolled in and asked what you were doing and you told them “hunting deer on my property” well, you get what you get.

    Here is his whip. https://www.mdshooters.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=326268&stc=1&d=1636126815

Anyone recognize? Let him know one of the houses behind the yard he was checking out belongs to a cop.

I don't recognize it, but it is an F250 or F350, not the current generation but the one just prior, 2011-2016 (badge is horizontal near hood vs vertical near rear edge of front fender.)

Higher trim level, due to chrome caps on side mirrors.

Diesel, due to powerstroke logo on the door.

Also looks like SRW, not a DRW (not a dually).

Thought it was when i looked at his rear. Went back to check confirmed not dually. Swore i saw a dual setup on him. Hopefully he got the deer he was looking for and f’d off. Neighbor said friday was the first night they didn’t see him.

Funny he/they may have been referred to this thread. Spotlighting in Maryland to freeze deer for hunting is illegal no matter who's property, including your own!

The law reads Reasonable Intent.....gun or no gun or any other weapon in your possession, because of people just like the ones driving around.

    Good grief.
