I already bought a holosun 510 for 230$ the other week, now somebody posted this deal. I don't even need another optic, since I just bought one, but people seem to like them, and 60$ when they're typically 170$... I'm thinking it over.
This one is through the GOVX site, so its only open to military, active/veteran/retirees, police/first responder, and (I THINK) state/government employees. Basically, if the American tax payer has payed your salary at some point, I think you're eligible.
