I am loading .357 Sig with a powder through expanding die. I cannot seem to find an adjustment where I get a slight flare and a full rotation of the drum. I either get:
1- Really excessive flare and full rotation
2- Slight/medium flare and the drum doesn't fully rotate.

This troubles me, as I am concerned I am not getting enough of a downward angle to drop all of the powder.
    What am I doing wrong?

I recently purchased an autodrum powder measure. I have used it for both rifle and pistol cartridges. Set the powder through expander die to flare correctly at full ram stroke. Then screw on the powder dispenser, and adjust it to properly drop powder at the same full stroke point. Both dies have printed setup instructions you can use as reference. The instructions are also available on the Lee site. Be sure to tighten the expander lock ring after you complete adjustment of the expander and before you add the powder drop.
