    That and the fact that the charging handle is on the left side makes me believe that this rifle may not land on the banned gun list.

    Keep in mind though the MSP does not inspect rifles or employ an armorer for the banned list. They do not have an inventory of the banned rifles to test new rifles against. They do a Google search and stick their finger in the air. Facts and logic have little to do with their opinion on some rifles. And sometimes they change their mind.

    That said, check with an FFL/dealer/IP. Not every rifle in the world is on the list. Odds seem very high to me you are GTG on this because of the way the lower/upper pivot and the lower is clearly not AK compatible.
