the last time i spoke of a new gun, my wife muttered something under her breath. sounded something like lorena bobbitt.

i thought about offering to sell one to get another, but i haven't sold a gun since the early '80s. quite the dilemma.

I’ve decided to sell off a few things lately. Stuff I just never really take to the range. Some were impulse buys, great guns but I’m in a purge mode with all things in my house so if I don’t use it on a semi regular basis it needs to go.

I am slowly working on reducing my collection. I am trying to reduce to 1 safe.

I'm trying to go from two safes to four so what might you be selling?

Simple, compare yourself to OldCarJunkie and you will be fine.

    Also, NEVER count them.

A collection should never get larger than two because if it reaches three or more the stars will magically align and all will be lost in a tragic boating accident. Then you will have to start over.

Bin there done that lost the T shirt too.

but what if it starts there?

i've even told myself a few times over the past couple of years that i didn't need anything else, and yet i have bought a couple each of the last couple years... the only so-called good news is i have sold a few off that weren't used much, if any.
