C&R Renewal Form help -- Section A & B

    Regarding Section A, CURRENT FFL Information, the renewal form comes already printed with name and address, but telephone number (business), 24-hour Emergency Telephone number and email address are all blank. It doesn't state to fill these in. Am I supposed to? Then Section B is Hours of Operation with a space for Hours and whether you are closed part of day etc. Does this get filled in?

    I'm merely a small individual collector of C&R with only a few purchases. Thanks for your help.

    I didn't fill those in (email, phone etc) and it didn't seem to hurt.
    I did put down a few hours on the weekend when they could contact me.
    That's all it needs.

    You'll also need to fill out the number of guns bought/sold - that's for everybody
    Leave the internet web site blank even if you sold stuff on GB etc. (it's just for businesses).

    Thank you. Did you check off any of the last blanks "Closed ALL day - NO business hours" for the various days of the week?

    I think so, but I failed to make a copy of the completed form. Doh!
    I'd recommend you make one before you send it :)
    I also sent it in via USPS Priority 2-day to get the tracking info and naturally it took two weeks.

    Those blanks are irrelevant for an 03-FFL as it is not a license to do business.

    Just leave them blank.

    This is my 2nd C&R renewal. Reference to back of page (question C. #8) stating, "Have you conducted or do you intend to conduct internet sales of firearms?", does Yes or No have to be answered? Can I leave it blank? I am not a business, just an individual collector of a few items.
