The vote against taking that en banc was 8-7. Since then another Trump appointed judge has taken his seat on the 5th and there's another pending vacancy. So hopefully that will get re-litigated in a new case in the near future.They narrowly missed tossing out the “Out of State” handgun purchase ban a few months ago.

So, the campus carry law looks to be about two years old now. And exactly how many bloodbaths have been caused by these people legally carrying at colleges and universities?
