Is it possible to have a BP revolver shipped to a Maryland residence? (with the exception of Montgomery Co. Annapolis, and Baltimore)

Have my eye on a Pietta 1858 Remington New Army, which the vendor is willing to ship, however they say it's up to me to determine legality, and I'm having trouble finding specific, current info.

    Any guidance greatly appreciated.

To add a wrinkle. In ill ( if that is where simpsons is located) and nj replica black powder ( versus antiques) are considered modern and must be shipped to an 01 FFL.

To stop all the cap and ball drivebys.

Yes just got mine 1858 New Army 5.5" and I love it. Haven't shot it because I can't find pyrodex pellets anywhere, and #10 Remington caps aren't available at Cabela's. Going to get a SS version next.
