Yep, I did too. And I learned my lesson then. VERY rarely will an obscure party win. Quinn is more obscure than Wolf is at the moment. Splitting the vote doesn't help. It just makes the job of the opposition easier.

Hogan has become and is now a part of my opposition.

NEWS FLASH: The Mighty Quinn addresses throngs of cheering admirers in an overflowing hall. Oh, okay. Not really.

Shawn Quinn waited patiently for over an hour Saturday morning for his chance to address a nearly empty hall at St. John Baptist church in Columbia.

There were barely two dozen people in the 120 seats at the candidates forum by the African American Coalition of Howard County when the Libertarian candidate for governor briefly laid out his platform of lower taxes and school choice...."

I am voting for Hogan, but unlike last time, not sending him any money.

That is the same action here. I’ve been called several times to donate, and received mailers requesting donations. Rather than asking to be removed from the donor list though, I give the caller the reasons I’m not helping with funding this time or send back a note in the envelope. Just a little self gratification.

You are entitled to vote how you like, and I will vote how I like. That is what makes this country great. Shame the Democrats try to ruin things like that.

Somehow not voting for a gun grabber equals voting for another gun grabber.

I'll vote for freedom every time. It's really quite simple.

For the next election cycle, thats exactly what it means.

I applaud Marylanders that vote to keep their conscience clear. I will vote so we have the best chance at keeping our guns.

Since i stepped into this ******** of a thread, let me close by saying: 9mm....

My two cents ladies and gentlemen, we have no choice to make. The most critical issue is to keep Ben Jealous way far away from the State House! Splitting the vote with write ins, or failing to go to the polls at all is NOT helpful! I'm not happy with Hogan but he will sure get my vote. What would be even more helpful would be to oust some of the dems from the legislature. That's probably wishful thinking but I've always been a bit of a dreamer.

I wish I had a dollar for each keystroke in this thread. Likely, I’d have enough moolah to buy several guns, assuming Hogan wins.

No way he gets my vote.

So, you'd rather have a smiling Ben Jealous in the center of that picture, with a caption of "One Party Rule Ensures Maryland Unity"?

Uh, no. Not in a million years.

    The Washington Post endorsed Hogan.
Ben Jealous must really be awful.
