There might be something in the Uncle Mike's selection too.
I know that this will completely appall people here but I have carried a snubbie of the 357 variety in a Sticky Holster all day, in 'murica, and they do work. I did not end up with it falling out around my ankles once.
. But they are also handy as pouches, I do that too.

You should easily be able to find an old duty holster for less then $10

I carry my model 10 in a Bianchi 7000 size 4. It is made for the K frame.

An 1811 from amazon. Not expensive, not inexpensive. Well made leather pancake. I bought for k frame 2.5”. If not for carry, range or ccw, and just to store, you are obviously concerned with trigger exposure so a kydex iwb is reasonable or older duty holster as suggested.

I inherited a handgun (MANY years ago) that had been stored in it's leather holster.
When I received it, the bluing had been replaced with a dark brown patina (I hate that daggone word!).
The chemicals used to tan the leather had removed the bluing.
I strongly suggest to NOT store ANY firearm in leather.
