If you were in business and worked at that rate, you’d be out of business. It ain’t the employees, it’s management. Y’all can make it better. Hell, find an industry standard process and copy it. Try HAMAZON. Y’all are even worse than the uSpS. Honest.

Can you tell me a branch of the US gubmint that is more efficient than USPS or the ATF? Even IRS, which collects the money to fund all these broken departments, has problems getting things done efficiently.

There you go: defend those who diminish our rights by saying the person who did NOT get into office would have been worse.

Take a good look at the man in the mirror. You are getting exactly what you deserve. You were warned by Franklin. Guess you didn't understand then. Do you understand now?????

Had a democrat gotten into the presidency instead of General Bone Spur, the bumpstock would never have been redefined as a machine gun by Royal Decree, because the GOP senate would have stopped it. What did they (you know, the great party of the constitution) do? Not a damned thing except make excuses for not upholding the constitution.

You keep doing the same thing and you will keep getting the same result.

this AND, because of Trump's constant lying, and ridiculous tweets, the GOP runs the risk of losing the Senate.

Hell, he signed the (3 trillion) Covid relief act so quick I am surprised he didn't smudge the paper. So much for fiscal conservatism.

The horse Trump seemed to hitch his wagon to is immigration, but decided to leverage everything on a symbolic wall rather than actual immigration reform.

Finally, Obama's legacy was Obamacare, an expensive cluster**** which basically gave the foxes(insurance companies) the keys to the henhouse (America's healthcare wallet). But it WAS hopeful and enabling to the Everyman. Compared to Trump's legacy: abuse of executive orders, a symbolic wall that does nothing, and constant personal bickering between industry giants and the office of the president.....about the only good legacy Trump has left is the use of social media....which he does not do well, but others may do better.

And it doesn't help that Trump has made enemies out of major media outlets. Even if he has the nation's best interest at heart (which I doubt, sometimes) pissing off CNN, the Washington Post, and even calling out Fox News is not good diplomacy (the definition of diplomacy being telling someone to go to hell and having them expect to enjoy the journey). Reagan was great at diplomacy, W (in a loveable way) was too, Obama and Clinton both were.....and all served two terms.

Biden will most likely be elected, the GOP may lose the Senate and we already lost the House. All because the narcissist-in-chief couldn't act like a statesman instead of a TV and social media personality. Trump has been such a polarizing figure in office that it has emboldened the Democrats. People are pissed off at what the GOP represents: old(er), white, men who value the past more than the future.

In short, Trump is the ultimate Manchurian Candidate. He has done such a poor job at being a statesman that he has virtually guaranteed a DNC takeover. Which is hilarious (and well played) by the DNC's first family.....the Clinton's. I'm pretty sure they expected Trump to be defeated the first go-around, but plan B was all the DNC had to do was sit back and let (their long-term friend) Trump be Trump. At this point, anything could be a dimocrat nominee:. Clinton, Sanders, Biden, a golden retriever, a houseplant.....and they will be voted for.....because of how badly Trump has screwed this up. This was checkmate at the last election, except now we won't have the benefit of checks and balances on our side.

Meanwhile, the American public are the ones being played, and rightly so. Because We The People continue to think short term, think narcissistically, stereotype our representatives based on political party rather than evidence, and fail to think critically about anything....we continue to blame everyone but ourselves for the state of our union

    Bad times a-coming.

It's no conspiracy theory and Trump has done more damage to the Second Amendment in less than 4 years then Obama did in 8 ...

Despite his campaign promises of "I 100% Support The Second Amendment" and "The 8 Year War on the Second Amendment is over" and related 2A promisses he makes at every rally... Trump has been abysmal on the 2A AND ATF works for him, and like Trump's Unconstitutional Executive Gun Control AKA: Bump Stock Ban by Executive Fiat by ATF at his request that if allowed to stand set's the precedent to ban all semiautomatic firearms without exception that will be used by a future Democrat POTUS... (Read ANYTHING that takes a magazine HANDGUNS or LONGGUNS) Democrat's wet dream will be Trump's parting gift and legacy whether he's reelected or not...

    .

this. Trump has had the power to reign in the ATF and has failed to do so. Trump says things like "I believe in taking the guns first and going through due process second". Trump has decided to focus on immigration and the economy, neither of which is as explicitly enumerated in the BOR as "shall not be infringed".

I will vote as I always have: libertarian. hopefully, America will wake up someday and realize that politics, like life, is not a binary system which sells itself on fear rather than hope.

While it’s clear that they passed some sort of gun control, saying that they “outright went after our 2A” is a bit dramatic.

    Not So...

Anything but Conservative Ronald Reagan lobbied every member of congress for and signed into law the first de facto ban of an entire class of firearms in U.S. History...

    AKA: The FOPA of 1986

The Letters are a matter of public record, as are the ones every living POTUS signed in support of the now sunset Clinton Assault Weapons Ban. Which included Ford, Reagan, Bush Sr., Jimmy Carter and of course Slick Willie Clinton who signed it into law.

Ditto for every single Gun Control measure of the 80's & 90's you can think of NICS, Brady Bills ad nauseam...

Let us not forget the fingrrprints of AG RINO Rudy Giuliani now Trump's Advisor & Lawyer are all over a lot of those Second Amendment Infringements, don't get me started on what he did to New York that people have forgotten about. Reagan's AG RINO Rudy was arm in arm with every second amendment hater in those days which includes the Brady Banners...

Don't get me started on Trump's hand picked 2A Haters like Ruby Ridge AG Bill Barr...

Think Gorsuch is a great pick?
    Not so much...
Trump SCOTUS nominee Gorsuch Upheld "Disarming Citizens Before Determining if they had a license to carry a gun"
    United States V. Rodriguez
E.G: police have the authority to disarm citizens based solely on the presence of a weapon.

Pushing for Gun Control & Signing Gun Control into Law was something lifetime Democrat tuned Republican POTUS Reagan did at least as early as 1967 with his BAN of OPEN CARRY in California known as the Mulford Act as Komiefornia Gov.

Bush Sr. personally asked the ATF & Justice Department to look into new Gun Control Measures based on the 68 GCA already in place, they found a multitude that were implemented and have continued to be expanded upon by Democrat's and Republicans since, remember all those cheap foreign made AK's you could buy?

Thank Bush Sr for the Gun Control by Executive Fiat Precedents...

The best thing Bush Jr did for the 2A is let the Clinton AWB Sunset without opposition.

Every word of Gun Control without exception is Unconstitutional, including but not limited to background checks that require you to pay for and ask permission to exercise your human birthright of self preservation and maintain an effective means to remove & replace a tyranical government from that same federal, state, local or other Municipality government that may one day attempt to tyrannize you.

    <Sarcasm mode=sorta>
So, what do you suggest, vote for the person most likely to violate our rights just to stick it to the candidate who doesn't vote exactly as you would want them to vote on every single issue?
That sounds pretty idiotic to me.
