What are you using for sights? I’m debating that right now. Leaning towards the vortex x5 prism.

I got the Vortex Crossfire II Straightwall Cartridge BDC 3-9x, on a refurb Vortex Pro cantilever mount. I am a sucker for all things Vortex. They have been a great customer service company to deal with, and I like their optics.

I have one of their 1x prisms, and it is great on my Banshee. The 350 Legend upper is only for deer within 100m, so this should be more than enough glass. I really don't think I need anything more expensive, higher mag, or higher quality for an upper I might only shoot a few times per year.

Nice, ya I'm a Vortex fan too.

Your 3-9 should definitely be more then enough. My build is a pistol, so a short 7.5" upper I'm trying to keep just a compact sight on it. I would do a standard red dot but I have an astigmatism so I'm stuck to Prism sights. I was thinking maybe the 3x Prism but honestly the 5x might just give me more flexibility.

I shaved ounces where I could because it is so purpose-driven. It is not "hard use", or self-defense, or anything like that, so I just needed some glass, a sling, and for it to go boom:

Aero Precision Stripped No FA Upper
Aero Precision Mil Spec BCG Nitride finish
    SOLGW .750 Gas block
Aero Precision Carbine length gas tube
    Odin Works Rune Forend 15.5"
    Radian Weapons Raptor-SD charging handle
    Dead Air Micro Brake
    Custom Engraved Dust Cover

    Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x50
    Vortex Pro Cantilever 1" Offset

I'll use my ADM UIC MOD2 lower, and this will host the DA Wolfman. I'll post a picture when I get home.
