I went to Cabelas in Delaware today hoping to get some 25 round factory magazines for my M&P 15-22. All they had were Plinker Tactical 35 round magazines. Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with these magazines in an M&P 15-22?

I have not heard great things about either Plinker or Butler Creek mags. If you are close enough to Cabelas, it might be worth ordering online and picking up in store (free shipping). They have 3-pack or individual mags for 20 bucks/mag.

If you are close to I-83, you could run up to Freedom Armory near Shrewsbury PA, or Trop near Elizabethtown PA to get 25 round factory mags. The standard capacity (25 round) mags are a lot easier to find than the 10-round short version. I prefer the 10 round mags when shooting from the bench.

Almost forgot - Gander Mountain in York has factory 25 round mags as well the last time I was there.

    How do you order these?
Just go to their website (joeboboutfitters.com) and order however many you want, then put a comment in the comment section when you place your order to please ship to MD as Mag Rebuild Kits... they don't charge any extra for this service, a great IP for us! ;)
