Man, those are some pretty shotguns you folks have!! The wood on some of them is absolutely beautiful. I'll see if I can get a pic of the family tonight and post it up.

I had to add my small shotgun collection:

The last Two were my Grandfathers who when he passed in 1973 handed down to me.
I did a little research on the Ithica, and going by the S/N, it was made in 1911. I haven't shot it in years, but it used to kick like a mule.:lol2:

I haven't converted it yet, because, I need to find a shop that can do duracoat and the mods that I want done. It will more then likely be going in in the spring for an AR 15 grip conversion and quick release magwell, as well as getting the barrel cut down to 18 inches (for now) and the trigger group moved forward. I will be getting a slant brake for it to replace the birdcage. Its just in an intermediary state, but i didn't want to leave it in the the sporter configuration. I just wanted to clear up as to why its still in an unconverted state.

Had my Saiga unconverted for 12 or so years. It is an early import when the only option for 12 gauges was 12 gauge. Shops couldn't give them away then. So...in the safe she sat till I figured out what to do with the neutered atrocity. Actually considered selling it a few times as I never shot it. Finally sent her on a trip to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and the guy there only sent me a half a gun back...:innocent0

The Old Man gave me this one several years ago after he tired of it (he tired of it when I told him the trigger guard was plastic, not horn like he thought). Great gun, except for the fact that the plastic trigger guard is broken.... I've often wondered WTF a relatively high quality shotgun like this would have a plastic trigger guard - wacky Germans. If anyone knows where I can get a replacement, I be much obliged :)

None taken, i believe in putting them back into their proper configuration as well. That was just a teaser for future shotgun porn.

Holy cats! That is flat lovely and I can't believe it's just a 16 gauge the way it's set up. The stock, cheek piece, sling swivel, etc. all look like a double rifle. Any chance it's the 16 gauge shotgun half of a 2-gun, rifle-shotgun set? -WSJ
