    ****We have these at the gym I go to. There's another brand as well made by Power Systems. Adjustable weights and pretty comfortable. I always joke with folks running in them that they are training to be suicide bombers.

    Just eat more and you can make your own weight vest! 10,20,40 lbs in 1 lbs increments. Almost the very definition of progressive overload!

    That's what we all used with football training in the offseason.

    As others said, if you aren't used to it, pounding on concrete / asphalt with >20lbs bodyweight will soon make your knees cry for mercy.

    Our trainers had us using the xvest as it increments in 1lb small weights. It's also super adjustable so it won't mess with your stride. Slowly build up the weight.

    Really really don't recommend buying cheap on this. I have the X4040 and use it for everything. Super comfortable and have never exceeded the 40lbs.
