And Summer Spring to replace Jamie Raskin.

Tertiary goal of DINO :
When none of the candidates are either semi-worthwhile themselves, nor any of them vulnerable to Rep/ conservative in the General election , then strive to create wasteful chaos and internal discord amongst the other side.
We don't want either Manning or Cardin to be in office . But the nastier their Primary battle , the weaker Cardin will be in General election .
