I just tried to help a friend finish thier hql app, and got an error that the site was down (https://emdsp.mdsp.org/egov/ErrorPage.html?aspxerrorpath=/egov/Login.aspx). I recall the fingerprints expire if you don't submit your application soon enough after getting fingerprinted. Who do you contact when the site is down?

Yeah looks like a lot is down for update/remodel.
A better managed website would announce in advance and put info up during the changes.

The behind the scenes processing cost is probably more than the ap fee.
Look into the cost of operating a website like MSP wants to have ... way more than the fees they collect.
The HQL fees and other gun license fees don't begin to touch the website operating costs are are in no way factored into it.
