Founding Farmers in DC has a wonderful shop. You can let them frame it, they will help you frame it or let you do it all with them providing the kit. It is a super place. We preserved a very special family heirloom there. It was very large and the price matched. Archival quality stuff to keep things the way they should.

Can't find the place anymore. At any rate.. search the area. Some very highly and often reviewed frame shops.
