The best part is that Hogan flyer is aimed at the Dems, not the Repubs and I bet he'll pick up more Dem votes than Repubs votes he loses. Excellent return on his investment.

And still gobs better than Jealous...

Reminds me to put a fresh copy of the Post in my cat's litter box.

He refused to use it last time and I asked him why?

    "It would be redundant."

    Smart cat.

Ha, he doesn't need any pro gun votes. He proved that last time.
I'd like to see him not need them this time. LOL.

I share the disappointment in Hogan... and yet we couldn't even muster a challenger in the primary to try and move his needle a little to the right.... seems to me the time to argue about his weakness on 2A has passed. Everyone has four choices: 1. Vote for the RINO who isn't a friend of 2A, 2. Vote for the socialist who is an active enemy of 2A, 3. Vote for the wannabe drug leagalizer, who happens to be pro 2A but won't get 2% of the vote, or 4. Stay home and be a carbuncle on the backside of democracy. That's about the size of it. /thread.

Trump was elected because a sufficient number of Dem's felt they just couldn't vote for Hillary and stayed home.

Don't let Jealous win because you don't want to vote for Hogan. Not voting is the same as voting Democrat across the board in this gerrymandered state.

Well said, only by actually voting as opposed to abstaining can your vote cancel someone elses. I will gladly vote for Hogan to cancel a Jealous vote. We have to live to fight another day.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me 2x, shame on me.

I'm with ya. I've never voted for anyone who I knew was anti-2A at voting time. I have decided that I will not change that for Governor "Turn'em in" Hogan. My conscience is clear and my principles still intact. My vote goes to the Libertarian, Shawn Quinn.

There are ONLY 2 possible outcomes in the 2018 governors race in Maryland.

    1) Hogan wins

    2) Jealous wins

Anyone who believes a third person can win this 2018 race... is deluding themself with falsehood.

Sorry... but that is simply the facts of the matter.

Opinions are nice and folks are welcome to any they may choose.

Feelings are okay... but feelings don’t win elections.

Hogan is not my choice of governor by a looooonnnnnngggg shot. But... he will get my vote because...
    1) It blocks the Socialist Party from taking over the State.
    2) The current 2A situation in this State is an open forum free for all... in comparison to what Jealous and his cronies want to do to us all.
    3) Voting for anyone who has not a chance in hades of winning in this years election, while it may “feel good”... is simply playing Political Russian Roulette with five loaded chambers and one empty. A vote which Jealous does not have to match with one of his own... is one more vote for him to win.

Justify it any way you choose. But... use facts... NOT feelings.

There are more than two candidates running for the office, so there are more than two possible outcomes. Facts are stubborn things.
