You need Adobe Reader for PDF files. Free online. And yes, it will indeed, if it is not overturned by the CA4

I have adobe read lol i am puzzled at why it will not open. Interested so one should try to get it in asap so that they do not have time to over turn the decision? Thanks for the heads up.

From the terms of the order, it would seem new applications can begin in 14 days.

Again, MSI cautions people that the case could be reversed by 4CA, or SCOTUS, don't spend your rent money on a permit.
