Can anyone recommend a place ?
For those of us that don't process our own.
If you have a good reliable and clean place please post it up.
    Location and name.
    Thanks

    Chuck and Burnie's in Westminster.

Did a great job for me, about $70 for the regular cuts.

M&G. Right behind bullocks in Westminster. 24X7 drop off. Clean, great recipes. $79 a deer. Can't beat em. Their in house taxidermy options are great too.

I’ve used Tim Mullinex before a few times and been pretty pleased but most of our stuff is ground except for the strap and we do jerky, burgers, and now sausage.

Fyi, anyone going to Clints, they moved to the north side of I-70 into a bigger place. Use the new address and not where you went to them before.

I’ll second them. They do great work.

I love their deer dogs and country sausage.

    Third. They are awesome.

I even found out that another (and maybe more) shop subs out their work to M&G. If i’m not processing myself I go straight to M&G. Its cheaper than taking to the shop closet to me and they have a better selection.

I know these places are quite a ride but for the other local guys. These are who I use.

Charles Ilyes Family Inc. 1181 Bucktail Ln, York, PA 17408 (The best)
J L Miller Sons J L Miller Sons 490 Indian Rock Dam Rd, York, PA 17403 (Almost the best)
C & L Deer Processing 3943 Shiloh Ave, Hampstead, MD 21074 (Damn good, never had a problem. Who I go to when I don't have time to skin and cut myself)
Holrick's 8468 Church Rd, Felton, PA 17322 (Damn good deer bologna)

BTW was just looking at M&Gs website. They are $70 for deer processing. Or $40 plus the cost of product if you have the whole deer turned in to product.

I think that jives with what I remember paying this year for my deer.

Trophy care taxidermy & deer processing is $85 and located in SE Baltimore County right off the beltway. It is close and convenient for me. My deer a few weeks ago was a quick turnaround and it was right in the middle of the rut so I don't think you will have to worry about wait times some processors have. They offer all the specialties as well.

+1 for KS Kuts. They do very good work -- sort of near Damascus/Germantown/Clarksburg. 24/7 drop off. Their spicy jerky is really good!

M&G in Finksburg does a nice job-I was there dropping off Saturday night and they were busting their humps back there in the skinning area-very busy around 8pm.
