I'm trying to delete my original post without much luck. I had a concern about a certain question applying to certain people, but I could see that I was going to get snarky replies. The question was legitimate as I was trying to understand the law.

It’s a federal form and whether or not anyone can find out, it’s a good idea to tell the truth. You should probably ask this question of a lawyer to determine whether or not your situation disqualifies you.

Thanks. I wasn't planning on lying on the form (or even filling it out!), but rather I wanted to know if the state collected that data. Often, certain questions aren't applicable to certain people.
