    I plan to take my son hunting next Saturday for youth deer days. I plan to let him use my 300 BO pistol. I just got to thinking, with him being under 21,can he legally use it with me being with him? Hate to find out during or after the fact. He’s small so I’m hoping he can since it fits him better than a rifle. Thanks!!

    Yes. As long as you are with him he absolutely can. My 11 yo will be using “his” 300BO this season and used my 6.5 RPR last year.. you’re good.
