This Hamilton is tiny. No way a mens watch. Whole thing is size of a nickel. I kind of hate the seller a bit. Not sure if it is a 'Paige" model either.

I'll just get the Hamilton I want. A military issue, around war time field watch.

Men’s watches were MUCH smaller back then. I have several vintage watches that are closer to 34-35mm. They take a while to get used to but I really like them.

Yep. Even when I started collecting 20 years or so ago, 35-38mm was about the standard size men's dress watch, most Submariners being sold were 40mm. I had an Orient World Timer that was around 43mm and I can recall thinking it was huge.

I much prefer 37-38mm now. Biggest watch I have is a pilot watch at 44mm and it’s LARGE. Have several others at 42, but even those seem large sometimes.
Case and especially lug design can make a huge difference.

Where can I find a man's strap for this micro face?

IMHO, a yellow gold white dial with gold indices men watch, a black croco grain leather for dressy and a brown croco for casual will look great. The Paige uses a 14MM lug size strap.
